Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Stoke website (meetstoke.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Stoke provides done-for-you AI employee services for small businesses. Our services include the design, development, deployment, and ongoing management of custom AI workers tailored to your business needs.

Pricing and Payment

  • Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $2,000 is due upon commencement of the build process.
  • Monthly Fee: A recurring fee of $500 per month per AI employee, billed monthly.
  • Additional AI Employees: $1,000 setup fee and $500/month for each additional AI employee.
  • All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Your AI employee will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation effective date.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
  • Grant necessary access to tools and systems required for AI integration
  • Review and approve the AI employee's scope of work before deployment
  • Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with your AI employee's performance

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all your business data, content, and proprietary information. Stoke retains ownership of the underlying AI technology, platform, and methodologies used to deliver the service.

Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your business information and will never share your data with unauthorized third parties.

Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all AI employees. In the event of service disruptions, we will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate transparently about any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Stoke's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Disclaimer

While our AI employees are designed to perform reliably and accurately, AI technology is inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in all outputs and recommend human review for critical business decisions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients at least 30 days before taking effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
